NCTB calls for reporting errors in new books by e-mail
The National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) has asked the students to report any errors in the writing and printing of the book after handing over the new book on the first day of the year. Correction of errors in the new book should be sent to this e-mail [email protected] .
Besides, anyone can go to the NCTB office and give corrections in the book. On Monday (January 1) night, a notification signed by NCTB chairman Professor Md. Farhadul Islam confirmed the matter.
According to the notification, textbook festival has been celebrated across the country on January 1. Pre-Primary to Class IX students have received new textbooks. This time the students of classes 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 have received textbooks according to the new curriculum and students of classes 4 and 5 have received textbooks according to the 2012 curriculum. It is a request to all concerned if any kind of mistakes, errors are observed in these textbooks or if there is any suggestion for improving the quality of the textbooks, please send it to the following e-mail address or NCTB Chairman's office address, it will be seriously considered and appropriate action will be taken.
